This building now houses the secret service of Ukraine but once was home to the KGB during the totalitarian period and the Gestapo during the fascist occupation. After freedom in 1991 the building was painted a lighter color gray so that it looked more pleasant and less like the KGB.
I some how did not get any pictures of this but if I find that I do I will edit this post later!
